Open Letter Regarding Strategic Investment in Trails in the 2019 Metro Parks and Nature Bond and Bey

On Friday, May 9, almost 100 individuals including leaders of community organizations across the Portland Metro area sent an open letter to Metro Council. Our message: We're ready to go to bat for a Parks and Nature Bond renewal that seriously invests in trails.
