Three hundred forty people registered for the 2021 Summit and eighty individuals participated in Summit Trails Stewardship Events around the state led by Trailkeepers of Oregon and Central Oregon Trail Alliance. We had a great outdoor film night benefitting Adventures Without Limits and Love is King, and some of us even got to experience the joy of meeting in-person at outdoor happy hours hosted by Oregon Outdoor Alliance and OSU Center for the Outdoor Recreation Economy Field workshop participants got a sneak peek at the new trail system at Metro's Chehalem Ridge Nature Park, learned more about fire-affected trails with the BLM on the North Umpqua Trail, and improved their landscape photography skills at Smith Rock with Bend Photo Tours.
Thanks again to our Summit co-managers and lead sponsors, Oregon Office of Outdoor Recreation, Travel Oregon, and REI, and all of the presenters, planning committee members, and sponsors that made the event possible!
